I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Despite the lovely rooms with a balcony and necessary amenities, the lack of space for clothing and finding hairs on the floor was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was polite and helpful, especially during breakfast. The location was fantastic, close to Kaosan Road but not too noisy. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and poor communication. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

Upon arrival, we noticed the hair all over the floor in the room, but thankfully, the room was clear and had a well-functioning AC. The beds were comfy and immaculate, although we were met with a noticeable urine smell as soon as we entered, especially in the bathroom.
